| Return & Exchanges
We only accept exchanges for the following reasons:
a) Product Broken or Defected when received by our couiers
b) Order mistake
c) NO REFUNDS!!! EXCHANGES ONLY!!!
You MUST inform us within 3 business days after you have received the package (receive date is based on our carrier's tracking system) if the return is due to the above (a) and (b) reasons.
How to Exchange Products
Please email and tell us a package is coming back, provide us with a tracking number and carrier you used. The product is subject to final inspection before your Exchange is processed. Allow 1-2 week for the exchange to be processed.
Things to Remember
For Exchange, the items must be in the exact same condition you received it in (no wear and tear at all, etc. All accessories and tags must be included).
Please email us to tell us a package is coming back All returns must be insured - we are not responsible for products damaged/lost in mail when you ship them back to us.
Please allow up to 1-2 weeks for a replacement to arrive. If there are any other problems, we will make sure that everything will be negotiated to both parties content! The product must be returned unused and in the original condition you received it in, with all original packaging and no signs of wear. Sorry, used products cannot be exchanged for a new product.
